Terms of Service

By accessing or using Tarjuman Translate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tarjuman Translate ("we", "us", "our").

Tarjuman Translate provides certified Arabic document translation services for official use in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Services include:

• Translation of official documents (passports, diplomas, certificates, legal documents)
• Standard delivery within 24 hours
• Express delivery within 6 hours (additional fee applies)
• Delivery of completed translations in PDF and DOCX format

We do not provide legal advice, notarization, or apostille services. Translation certification applies to translation accuracy only.

You may use certain features of the Service without an account. To access your order history and download completed translations, you must create an account with a valid email address and password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tarjumantranslate.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

By uploading a document, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the document owner or have legal authority to submit it for translation.
• The document is authentic and has not been tampered with.
• You are not submitting fraudulent, forged, or illegal documents.
• The document does not contain content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

We reserve the right to refuse translation of any document that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable law. In such cases, a refund will be issued.

Prices are calculated automatically based on document type, page count, and chosen delivery speed. The exact price is displayed before payment and does not change after checkout.

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
• Payment is required in full before translation work begins.
• We do not store credit card details.

An invoice is automatically generated and included with every completed order.

• Standard: Delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Express: Delivered within 6 hours of payment confirmation.

Delivery times are calculated from the moment payment is confirmed, provided the document passes quality validation. Documents that fail quality check and require re-upload will restart the clock from re-upload.

If we fail to deliver within the stated time for an Express order, the express fee ($5) is automatically refunded. Standard order delays due to exceptional circumstances do not trigger automatic refunds but may be eligible for manual review.

We guarantee that translations are accurate, complete, and formatted for official use in Saudi Arabia and UAE.

• Free revisions are available within 14 days of delivery for any errors attributable to our translation.
• Revision requests must be submitted through your dashboard or by email to support@tarjumantranslate.com.
• Revisions do not apply to errors caused by illegible source documents or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Full refund: Issued if we are unable to complete the translation, if the document is rejected (quality check failure), or if a Saudi/UAE authority rejects the translation due to our error.

Partial refund: Express fee refunded if we miss the 6-hour deadline.

No refund: Once a translation is delivered and downloaded, refunds are not available unless there is a demonstrable translation error.

To request a refund, contact us at support@tarjumantranslate.com within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

You retain full ownership of your original documents. You grant Tarjuman Translate a limited, non-exclusive license to process and translate your documents solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

The completed translation is delivered to you for your personal or professional use. You may not resell translated documents as a translation service.

The Tarjuman Translate brand, logo, website design, and software are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit forged, fraudulent, or altered documents
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or refund policies
• Harass or harm other users or our staff

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarjuman Translate shall not be liable for:

• Rejection of a translation by any authority due to incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent source documents
• Delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
